Refund Policy 

What is a refund?

A user may ask for a refund or their money back if they are unsatisfied with a course due to technical issues or because the teacher still needs to respond to their questions or concerns on time. How do I request a refund?

How do I request a refund?

Within 24 hours of your purchase, you can request a refund, whether you purchased a single course or a package of courses.

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Call 01886747843 (8 AM–11 PM) and provide the name, phone number, and email address you used to register for the course.

  2. While you're on the phone, please explain a valid reason for your complete refund.

Refund claims are only accepted if you make them by contacting 01886747843 within 24 hours of the transaction and directly mentioning your email address and the phone number you used to register. 

E-books, educational kits, notes, and online courses with 1-3 month subscription plans are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds must be processed through financial or phone banking services within 7–16 working days after the refund request has been successfully processed and approved. A confirmation email will be sent to the user. 

When will the refund become voidable? 

  1. If you have already received your course certificate, you are no longer entitled to a refund during the 24-hour complaint period.

  2. If you submit a claim during the 24-hour complaint period and then continue your course during the 7-day refund period, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Suppose the refund procedure is already in progress when you finish an activity (watch a video, take a quiz or test, or download course materials) and continue with the course. In that case, you will not be qualified to request a refund.

  4. Individuals are only eligible for a refund if they complete the course at least 5% of the way to progress. 

When will the refund come into operation?

A transfer to another course is possible on the occasion of an accidental purchase. If the new course's price is: 

  1. The user must pay an extra fee if the course price is higher than the price of the purchased course.

  2. The user will receive a refund if the course price is lower than what he paid for the desired course.

  3. As mentioned in the course details, the promised or desired material isn't included.

  4. Purchase a live lesson by mistake instead of a recorded class, and vice versa. 

What happens when you request a refund? 

  1. Once the refund is processed, your enrolled course will be removed from your profile, and your progress will be lost. You will be removed from the course after a successful refund request that arrives after the eligibility period.

  2. It takes 7 to 16 working days to credit your account after you request a refund. Please call us if it has been more than 16 working days.

  3. After the refund has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS to the registered email address or phone number.

Except for bKash and Islami Bank, no further costs will be applied in the event of a payment refund. 0000% charges will not be paid to account holders in bKash and Islami Bank refund cases.
